Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target\-driven **Sales Executive** to promote and sell gym memberships. The candidate will be responsible for converting walk\-ins and leads into memberships, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads into gym memberships.
Handle walk\-in inquiries and explain membership plans, offers, and facilities.
Conduct follow\-ups with prospective members via calls and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
Assist in organizing promotional activities and membership drives.
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales\-oriented mindset with a passion for customer interaction.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales, telecalling, fitness, or customer service will be an advantage.
