Position: Sales Analyst

Reporting To: Sales Head
The Sales Analyst will support the sales team by analyzing sales performance, customer trends, market data, and forecasting demand. The role focuses on generating actionable insights to improve sales growth, pricing strategies, customer profitability, and business planning.
- Analyze sales data, revenue, volumes, and customer performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Track sales KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
- Support sales forecasting and demand planning activities.
- Conduct customer, product, and region\-wise sales analysis.
- Prepare presentations and management reports for business reviews.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
- Identify sales trends, business opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Ensure accuracy and timely availability of sales data and reports.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis).
- Strong PowerPoint (PPT) preparation and presentation skills.
- Sales MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
- Sales forecasting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
3\+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, MIS Reporting, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations.
Experience in Manufacturing, Metals, Copper, Electrical, Cable or Industrial Products industry preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
