We are looking for a self driven and experienced Sales \& Account Manager to support the growth of our consulting services across regulated sectors.
This role is not limited to sales execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building new client relationships from start to finish, prepare proposals, develop service packages, determine pricing strategy, and conduct market research. Sales is still a very big component of this position.
A key focus of this role will be developing business opportunities in regulated sectors, including cannabis, pharmaceutical, food, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and related consulting services.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of sales targets, and proactively create opportunities rather than waiting for instructions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in compliance, QA, regulatory, and consulting services.
- Build client segments across regulated sectors, including cannabis, food, pharmaceuticals, and related industries.
- Conduct market research on prospective clients, competitors, pricing trends, and service opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a B2B sales pipeline through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking.
- Reach out to prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other sales channels.
- Understand client needs and support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Support development of pricing models, proposal templates, client presentations, and standard service offerings.
- Track sales activities, lead status, follow ups, and conversion progress using CRM or tracking tools.
- Assist in developing standard service offerings for different client categories and market segments.
- Work with management to identify new markets and support business growth strategies.
- Take ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets, activities, and business development goals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation and client account management.
- **Prior experience selling consulting services is required. Experience limited only to B2C will be excluded.**
- **Experience selling consulting, professional, regulatory, compliance, training, or other B2B service\-based solutions is required. Applicants with only IT sales experience will be excluded.**
- Experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, cannabis, food, quality assurance, or compliance will be considered an asset.
- Experience preparing or supporting proposals, pricing, quotations, and business presentations.
- Prior KPIs, sales targets achieved will be reviewed as part of application process.
- Highly experienced in LinkedIn, social media management, CRM tools, spreadsheets, email campaigns, and online research platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field is required.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
- *Required Skills and Qualities**
- Strong understanding of B2B service sales and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including professional email writing and follow ups.
- Ability to understand technical, compliance, or regulatory services and explain them clearly from a commercial perspective.
- Self motivated, disciplined, organized, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Ability to conduct independent market research and identify new markets, service packages, and revenue opportunities.
- Professional, persistent, commercially aware, and able to take initiative.
- *Performance Expectations**
The selected candidate will be expected to contribute to measurable business growth through lead generation, client outreach, proposal support, follow ups, and conversion of qualified opportunities.
Monthly and quarterly performance will be reviewed based on sales activity, qualified leads generated, meetings booked, proposals submitted, follow ups completed, and closed business.
- *Ideal Candidate Profile**

Starting salary: **INR 40,000 per month**
Additional earning potential through performance\-based bonuses, commissions, and company profit linked incentives, as applicable.
High performing candidates would have the opportunity to earn **INR 1,00,000 plus per month** through salary, bonus, commission, and performance linked incentives.
