Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Sales \& Marketing Executive with experience or interest in the formwork/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector
- Promote formwork solutions to contractors, builders, and developers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Requirements
- Technical qualifications must be required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in construction/formwork is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and proactive approach
- Understanding drawing for required formwork
