We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven Sales \& Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, establishing
relationships with key clients, and executing strategies to expand our company’s

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and
potential clients.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets to
inform business development strategies.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long\-term
business growth plans.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and
industry events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing
clients.
Build a solid pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet business growth
objectives.
Present the company’s products/services to prospective clients and
negotiate contracts and pricing.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client's needs.
Close deals and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, both
internally and externally.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure
smooth on\-boarding and service delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service and post\-sale support.
Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to senior
leadership.
Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, pipeline
progress, and financial forecasts.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of business development
strategies and adjust as necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (2\+
years).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
stakeholders, and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
