We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Sales \& Marketing Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting products/services, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage social media promotions, email marketing, and lead\-generation activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• *Requirements**

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
