Sales and Support Executive

Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its operations in Jaipur and is looking for active, motivated, and result\-oriented candidates to join our Sales \& Support team.

We welcome freshers as well as experienced candidates who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and client coordination. No technical background is required. Complete job\-related training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand client requirements and explain the company's services.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
• Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Maintain client records and update lead status in the company's CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
• A proactive attitude with an interest in sales, follow\-ups, and client handling.
• Ability to work towards targets and maintain professional client relationships.
• No technical or research background is required.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
