Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and brand standards.
• Handle billing support, POS operations, and payment transactions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the showroom at all times.
• Assist in stock management, inventory counting, replenishment, and receiving merchandise.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Cross\-sell and upsell products to maximize store revenue.
• Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and customer service protocols.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding daily sales performance and operational activities.
