About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused Real Estate Sales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, generating sales opportunities, and assisting clients in making informed property purchase decisions. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management \& Customer Engagement
Handle incoming Sales Leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk\-ins.
Connect with prospective customers to understand their property requirements.
Schedule and coordinate Property Site Visits and project presentations.
Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospects to improve Lead Conversion.
Sales \& Client Acquisition
Promote residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers.
Assist customers in identifying suitable Property Investment opportunities.
Achieve assigned Sales Targets through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
Support the sales team in closing deals and generating revenue.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Provide accurate project information, pricing details, and payment plans.
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at every touchpoint.
CRM \& Reporting
Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM System.
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and customer feedback.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on project details, competitor offerings, and local real estate market trends.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales team.
