• *Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-driven **Branch Manager** to oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive overall business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage complete branch operations and daily activities.
• Lead and supervise the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Handle client escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and ensure team conversions.
• Maintain reports, inventory, and coordination with head office.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the branch.

• *Requirements**

• Proven experience in **Branch Management / Team Handling**.
• Strong background in **Sales and Operations**.
• Experience in **Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry** preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Willing to undergo **10\-15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.**
• Company will reiumburse the amount travel expense and accomodation of per day 500/600Rs.
• Must be willing to sign a **2\-year agreement** with the company.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
