join our growing team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by

identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your goal will be to develop strong relationships

with clients, understand their needs, and create tailored solutions that benefit both parties.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Generation \& Prospecting

 Client Relationship Management

 Sales Presentations \& Negotiations

 Sales Reporting

Qualifications

 Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

 Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and able to work independently.

 Ability to analyze market trends and client needs.

 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

 Experience in B2B, preferably Engineering / Manufacturing sectors.

 A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
