Byte Digital is a AU based technology consulting company with a growing India presence. We work with clients across mobile apps, web platforms, software development, QA, automation, digital solutions, and marketing\-led growth services.
We are looking for a confident, proactive sales professional who can generate new business locally in India by finding, approaching, and converting clients across IT services, software development, website development, app development, digital marketing, and related business services.
This is a hands\-on sales role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with outbound sales, cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and meeting business owners directly.
This role is suitable for someone who can create opportunities from day one and does not depend only on inbound leads.
- Identify and approach potential clients in Noida, Delhi NCR, and other Indian markets.
- Generate leads for app development, website development, software projects, QA services, IT resources, and digital marketing services.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and local networking to create opportunities.
- Meet business owners, founders, schools, real estate businesses, local companies, and SMEs to understand their requirements.
- Book qualified meetings for technical discovery and proposal discussions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a clear sales pipeline.
- Work with the Byte Digital team to prepare proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
- Build relationships with local businesses, agencies, consultants, brokers, schools, and professional networks.
- Track daily sales activity, leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Support marketing and client acquisition activities where required.
- Has experience in B2B sales, IT sales, digital marketing sales, real estate marketing sales, education sales, or service\-based sales.
- Can confidently speak with business owners and decision\-makers.
- Is comfortable with cold calling, field sales, and direct outreach.
- Can explain digital services in simple business language.
- Has strong follow\-up discipline and does not give up after one call.
- Can work independently with targets.
- Has good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Understands basic services such as websites, apps, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, and lead generation.
- Is proactive, street\-smart, professional, and commercially minded.
- Minimum **2–3 years of sales or business development experience**.
- Experience selling to Indian businesses is preferred.
- IT services, website/app development, SaaS, digital marketing, real estate, education, or agency sales experience will be highly valued.
- Existing business network in Delhi NCR.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Experience generating leads through LinkedIn, Google, Justdial, IndiaMART, local networking, and referrals.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, mobile apps, and software development.
- Ability to attend client meetings in person.
