Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking and other sales channels.
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Reach out to potential clients, understand their business requirements and present suitable products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations and follow\-ups to convert leads into paying customers.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals and close business deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Research market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross\-selling and long\-term business partnerships.
