Sales & Content Creator Executive

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for motivated and detail\-oriented Sales Assistants to join our fulfillment team and help ensure every package leaves with care, accuracy, and a touch of our brand's excellence.

• *Job Responsibilities**

As a Sales Assistant focusing on packing and shipping, your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders for shipping with accuracy and care
• Preparing packages for shipping, including labeling, boxing, and sealing
• Ensuring all products are in perfect condition before shipping
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe packing area
• Identify and convert new leads through outreach, networking, and follow‑ups
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present and promote products/services to potential customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Support marketing campaigns with sales insights
• Label packages accurately and coordinate with shipping partners/couriers
• Managing shipping supplies and notifying the team when stock is low
• Working with our sales and customer service team to resolve any order issues
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory management professionally
• Occasionally assisting in basic sales tasks or customer queries when needed

• *Inventory \& Data Management**

• Maintain accurate daily records of orders, shipments, and returns
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
• Stay updated with trends, reels, and platform‑specific best practices
• Update inventory levels in spreadsheets or inventory software
• Assist in stock counts and flag low\-stock items
• Organize and maintain shipping supplies and materials

• *General Support**

• Coordinate with the sales and customer support team for smooth order processing
• Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards
• Occasionally assist with basic customer queries or product preparation tasks

• *What We’re Looking For**

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and trending formats
• Experience in sales, content creation, or a hybrid role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Creativity with a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time constraints
• Prior experience in packing, shipping, or administrative support (preferred but not required)
• Proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) or inventory tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Interest in skincare or beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to lift and move packages up to \[X] lbs/kgs

• *Working Hours**

• Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6pm
• Sunday\- Holiday
