Sales Coordinator

• *BizAarambh Catalyst Pvt Ltd hiring for a Client in (IT Networking \& Hardware Industry)**

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our client’s sales team, manage sales operations, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

• *KRA :**

• Coordinate with the sales team to support day\-to\-day sales activities
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales orders
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and MIS data
• Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams for order processing
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and product information
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
• Support sales managers in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM data and update client information regularly

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Knowledge of networking / IT products will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Timings : 9:30 AM To 6 :30 PM
