CRA Realtors is a retail leasing advisory firm. Since 2005 we have focused on one thing: connecting leading retail brands with the right malls and developers across India. Over 21 years we have worked across 200\+ malls, 50\+ cities and 300\+ brands.

We act as the link between both sides of a deal. Brands rely on us to find the right location, format and mall. Developers rely on us to bring the right brands to their projects. We are paid when a brand signs, so our work is built on trust, speed and follow\-through. Our ambition is to become India's largest retail leasing advisory firm, and we are building the team and systems to get there.

• *The role**

You will be the voice of CRA for our existing brand clients. You will pitch our mall projects to them by phone, WhatsApp and email, and keep every conversation moving until it turns into a serious lead.

• *Who we want**

• Excellent spoken and written English. Your calls should make customers want to engage
• Strong in follow\-ups: persistent, polite, and never lets a conversation go cold
• Working skill in AI tools and Google Sheets
• Background in education or hospitality preferred
• Confident, warm and professional with senior decision makers

• *• Record everything:** every call and reply is written down the same day. If it is not recorded, it did not happen
