Funtional Area (Dubai Back Office)
1\. Handle customer inquiries related to all shipments and logistics services.
2\. Build relationships with customer and other service providers.
3\. Following Incoterms and trade compliance requirements.
4\. Building relationship with local and overseas venders.
5\. Calculating ocean freight, air freight, customs, trucking, and handling charges etc,.
6\. Add surcharges and local charges correctly (THC, BAF, documentation, customs, trucking, etc,.).
7\. Meet quotation turnaround time targets.
8\. Monitor validity dates of contracts and carrier rates.
9\. Ensure quotations are profitable while remaining competitive.
10\. Prepare cost reports and profitability analysis.
11\. Responsible for the quote updates in system up on confirmation of the Job.
12\. Resolve cost disputes and quotation discrepancies.
13\. Coordinate shipment bookings with overseas agent, shipping lines, nvocc, airlines, and etc,.
14\. On time update of the vessel schedule, tracking, t/s connection etc,.
15\. Coordinate cargo pickup loading or delivery, customs clearance.
16\. Communicate with overseas agents and partners regarding cargo movement and the pre\-alert.
17\. Ensure timely coordination, documentation and processing.
18\. Provide alternative routing or pricing options when services change.
19\. Resolve shipment issues, delays, and customer complaints.
20\. Support customers from booking until final delivery.
21\. Ensure accuracy in billing\-related information.
22\. Monitor shipment status until the job closure.
23\. Maintain professionalism and prompt communication to improve customer satisfaction.
24\. Weekly reports and review.
Pay: ₹15,100\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
