We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Telecalling Executive with prior experience in sales coordination or telecalling, strong follow\-up discipline, and excellent English communication skills. The role involves handling customer follow\-ups on enquiries and quotations, coordinating with the presales team, and supporting sales closure activities.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on all sales enquiries and submitted quotations through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Coordinate with the presales team for quotation revisions and clarifications
Support negotiation and assist the sales team in closing opportunities
Update all follow\-up activities and customer interactions in CRM / ERP system
Ensure timely communication with customers and maintain professional relationship
Meet daily follow\-up targets and monthly performance goals
Required Skills \& Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Coordination / Telecalling / Inside Sales
Excellent English communication (spoken \& written) – mandatory
Good negotiation and customer handling skills
Ability to work with targets and follow structured follow\-up process
