This role supports the sales function through meticulous administration and proactive customer service. Administrative duties include maintaining efficient and accurate manual and electronic filing systems, meticulously managing records for all Sales Agreements, Contracts, and Quotations, and establishing a trace file to monitor all booked business. You will also assist in consolidating sales reports. In customer service, you will conduct hotel inspections for clients, nurture relationships with existing clientele, and liaise closely with operational departments to ensure guest requests and expectations are met. Additionally, you will handle all guest and employee enquiries promptly and courteously.
