Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant (Back Office)

Ripped Up Nutrition (RUN) is a fast\-growing Indian sports nutrition brand, founded in 2018, that has served 5,00,000\+ customers. We manufacture our 37\+ products – whey proteins, mass gainers, creatine, pre\-workouts, marine collagen, wellness supplements and more – at our own GMP and FSSAI certified plant in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, and supply a network of 267\+ distributors and dealers across India.

We are hiring **1 Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant** to handle the back\-office work and paperwork for our offline (distributor and dealer) sales team at our Baddi office.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices and invoices for distributors and dealers
• Maintain order records, the dispatch register and party\-wise sales data in Excel / Tally
• Follow up on payments and collections, and keep party ledgers and outstanding reports updated
• Coordinate with the field sales team, dispatch, warehouse and accounts to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Maintain and share updated price lists, schemes and product information with the sales team and partners
• Prepare daily / weekly sales reports (MIS) for management
• Handle distributor and dealer calls, WhatsApp messages and emails regarding orders, dispatch status and documents
• File and organise sales documents, agreements, PODs and other paperwork

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred)
• Freshers welcome; 0–1 year of back\-office, sales coordination or accounts experience is a plus
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email; basic Tally knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Organised, detail\-oriented and good at follow\-ups
• Willing to work from our office in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
