Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive** to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, schools, and the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent follow\-up abilities, and experience in sales coordination, customer support, or CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales activities.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM and Excel reports.
- Follow up with schools and clients regarding meetings, proposals, and order requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales\-related documents.
- Track inquiries, leads, and sales activities to ensure timely follow\-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt support.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow\-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, CRM, Customer Support, or Back Office Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Experience working with CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong follow\-up and client coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good problem\-solving and time\-management skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry will be preferred.
