The primary responsibility of the candidate will be cold calling potential customers to introduce company products and services and successfully schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team. The candidate will also maintain communication records, create and update customer data in Excel/CRM systems, and support daily operational tasks.

Achieve daily/weekly appointment booking and calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Data Creation \& Management Responsibilities
Create and maintain customer databases.
Enter and update data in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
