Job Title: Sales Director – Real Estate Developer**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic, result\-oriented, and strategic **Sales Director** to lead our real estate sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the revenue growth of our residential/commercial portfolio, scaling our sales operations, and leading a high\-performing team of sales managers and executives.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the real estate market, a proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets, and the leadership acumen to build strong channel partner networks and buyer relationships.
- **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate inventory liquidation for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects (residential, commercial, or luxury).
- **Team Management \& Mentorship:** Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales team. Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor daily performance, and foster a high\-performance culture.
- **Channel Partner Network:** Build, expand, and maintain robust relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and wealth management firms to drive indirect sales.
- **Revenue \& Pipeline Management:** Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory movement to adjust sales strategies dynamically.
- **Collaboration with Marketing:** Partner closely with the marketing and digital teams to design targeted lead\-generation campaigns, launch events, and site\-visit strategies that yield high conversion rates.
- **High\-Value Closings:** Personally step in to negotiate and close high\-value deals, corporate bookings, or transactions with High\-Net\-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
- **CRM \& Compliance:** Oversee the utilization of CRM tools to track user journeys, ensure timely follow\-ups, and maintain accurate sales reporting. Ensure all sales activities comply with local real estate regulations and legal frameworks.
- *Requirements \& Qualifications**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 8–12\+ years of aggressive sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership/managerial role working directly with a real estate builder or developer.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is highly preferred).
- **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding multi\-million dollar sales targets and successfully launching new real estate projects.
- **Network:** An existing, strong network of active channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients.
- **Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
- **Tools:** Proficiency in real estate CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or industry\-specific ERPs) and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills for reporting.
Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per month
