Job Description
We are hiring **Technical Sales Engineers** for multiple locations across India to drive sales of capital and heavy precision industrial equipment. This role involves consultative, solution\-based selling to industrial customers, EPC contractors, and large manufacturing plants.
This is not FMCG or retail sales. The role requires engineering understanding, site interaction, and long\-cycle project sales exposure.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
\- Handle technical sales of capital / heavy precision equipment
\- Develop and manage industrial \& EPC customers
\- Engage with plant heads, maintenance managers, project teams, and procurement
\- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
\- Prepare techno\-commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
\- Coordinate with application, service, and factory teams
\- Build and grow long\-term key accounts
\- Achieve annual sales targets and territory growth
- *Requirements:**
1\. BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering
2\. 1 \- 5 years experience in
\- Industrial / technical sales OR
\- Application / service engineering with strong customer interaction
3\. Exposure to capital equipment / industrial machinery / precision tools
4\. Comfortable with site work and travel
5\. Strong communication \& negotiation skills
Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹550,000\.00 per year
