We are looking for a highly motivated **Industrial AI Sales Engineer** who can identify opportunities, engage manufacturing customers, understand plant\-floor challenges, and drive business growth for our AI Vision solutions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable visiting factories, interacting with production and quality teams, understanding industrial processes, and converting requirements into qualified opportunities.
This is a field\-oriented role requiring frequent customer meetings, factory visits, presentations, and relationship\-building activities.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within manufacturing industries.
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, industrial networks, and field visits.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build relationships with Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Plant Heads.
- Understand customer challenges and manufacturing processes.
- Gather requirements and prepare detailed opportunity notes.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions and demonstrations.
- Present ROI\-driven AI Vision solutions to customers.
- *Sales Pipeline Management**
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
- Track leads from inquiry to closure.
- Follow up on proposals, approvals, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate internally for customer visits and proof\-of\-concept deployments.
- Identify emerging opportunities in manufacturing automation and AI adoption.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- *Customer Relationship Management**
- Build long\-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during pre\-sales and project handover.
- Support account expansion opportunities within existing customers.
