We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth in industrial automation and EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and delivering techno\-commercial solutions.
*Key Responsibilities**
Identify and develop **new business opportunities** in automation/EPC projects
Handle **client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions**
Prepare and present **techno\-commercial proposals**
Coordinate with engineering/proposal team for **solution development**
Manage **RFQs, tenders, and negotiations**
Build and maintain strong **client relationships**
Achieve **sales targets and revenue goals**
Track market trends and competitor activities
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering**
2–6 years of experience in **sales of automation/EPC solutions**
Knowledge of **PLC, SCADA, field instruments, and industrial networking**
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits
*Preferred Skills**
Experience in **oil \& gas / tank farm /Automobile/ process industries**
Familiarity with **tendering and bidding processes**
