Ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, Dealers in assigned Territory.
Promote and represent the company’s standard and customized product range.
Generate new business inquiries from existing as well as new prospective customers/ leads generated through Exhibitions/ Markting Campaigns.
Rigireouly followup regularly on submitted quotations and convert them into business orders.
Handle complete pre\-sales and post\-sales activities including dispatch coordination with Internal Sales Support Team and payment follow\-up with customers/dealers.
Handle customer queries related to technical issues, delivery status, and commercial matters efficiently duly consulting with Reporting Authority.
Coordinate with internal Sales Support teams to get the required Sales statistic inputs, pricing policies, technical query resolving.
Achieve sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring under the Reporting Authority.
Track market trends, upcoming projects, competitors, and pricing activities \& report information to Reporting Authority \& Sales Support Team.
Should visit going exhbition in the territory \& develop/generate the new leads/inquiries.
Maintain CRM \& ERP updates and prepare MIS reports, Minutes of Minutes in weekly report.
