• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented professional for Industrial Sales in the FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) segment.

The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets for industrial products and solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and engineering sectors
• Handle sales activities for FRP products/solutions
• Manage existing customer accounts and strengthen client relationships
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely support
• Prepare techno\-commercial proposals and negotiate orders
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and order closures
• Conduct customer visits and market development activities
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

• *Desired Candidate Profile:**

• 6 – 8 years of experience in Industrial Sales
• Exposure to FRP / composites / industrial products preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of industrial customers and B2B sales process
• Self\-driven with strong customer handling capability
• Willingness to travel as required

• *Qualification:**

• BE / Diploma / Any Graduate (preferred: Mechanical / Industrial background)

• *Languages:** English \& Kannada preferred. Additional South Indian language skills will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000\.00 per year
