We are looking for highly motivated **Sales Engineers/ Executive** to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence in the Indian Healthcare Market. This role involves meeting \& engaging in person with the healthcare professionals, medical institutions to promote and sell our medical equipment and devices.
· Passionate about extensive field work, including face\-to\-face meetings and building/maintaining strong relationships with potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
· Present, promote, and sell medical equipment and devices to prospective customers
· Explain product features and clinical benefits clearly to healthcare professionals
· Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors and hospital staff
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
· Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences and follow up on leads generated
· Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to long\-term account growth
· Coordinate closely with the backend teams to ensure Preparing commercial proposals based on client discussions and follow up for approvals and clarifications
· Ensure timely payment collections and keep divisional outstanding at minimal levels through regular follow\-ups
· Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, ECE, or B.Sc. (relevant discipline)
· Atleast 2 to 5 years of experience in hardcore sales of medical equipment, devices, or medical consumables PREFERRED
· Proven sales, negotiation, and business development skills with the ability to close deals
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship\-building skills
· Familiarity with procurement procedures in both Government and Private hospitals
· Willingness to travel extensively, as the role involves significant field work
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
