- *Role Overview** Bergen Group is seeking skilled and motivated professionals for the position of Engineer/ Sr. Engineer (Sales \& Services) for its PCB Manufacturing, Inspection, and High\-Tech Machinery Division. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales of advanced PCB manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and related equipment. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering customized solutions to customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, proven B2B sales experience, and a passion for technology\-driven solutions.

- *Roles \& Responsibilities:** • Represent company products and solutions to customers, focusing on PCB manufacturing, assembly, semiconductor, and rework equipment. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through meetings, calls, emails, and site visits. • Understand customer business models, applications, and technical requirements (KYC – Know Your Customer). • Generate and manage sales enquiries aligned with assigned targets. • Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions and commercial quotations. • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company approval policies. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and value propositions. • Coordinate project execution including delivery, installation, commissioning, and after\-sales support in collaboration with internal teams.
- *Required Qualifications \& Skills Education** • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Experience** • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, electronics, PCB, semiconductor, or related industries.
- *Key Skills** • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with AI\-based productivity tools. • Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
