Sales Engineer-Wastewater Solution

Location \- Maharashtra , Gujrat \& South

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell wastewater treatment solutions, including Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and related environmental engineering services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, preparing techno\-commercial proposals, and supporting project acquisition across industrial segment

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, and wastewater recycling projects.
• Generate leads through direct sales, consultants, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and government agencies.
• Conduct site visits and understand client requirements for water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to develop technical solutions and project cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit techno\-commercial proposals, tenders, and bid documents.
• Present technical solutions and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project approvals to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, project management consultants (PMCs), and key decision\-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and project forecasts in CRM systems.
• Support contract finalization, project handover, and customer satisfaction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc/M.Sc/BE, B.Tech)

Experience

• 2–8 years of experience in sales/business development of ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, ZLD, or wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or municipal sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of tendering and techno\-commercial proposal preparation is desirable.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and processes.
• Ability to read and understand PFDs, P\&IDs, GA drawings, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: From ₹25,000\.00 per month
