We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in technical sales and customer relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, generating business opportunities, and supporting the complete sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain company products and services to customers
- Understand customer equipment needs and system requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide effective customer support
- Generate new business leads and follow up on potential opportunities
- Handle the complete sales cycle including quotations, negotiations, order closure, and delivery coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and long\-term engagement
- Research customer requirements and recommend suitable product modifications or upgrades
- Provide post\-sales technical support and assist customers in resolving issues related to installed products
- Recommend improved materials, machinery, or systems to enhance customer operations
- Maintain regular sales reports, customer data, and market feedback
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Good knowledge of technical sales and industrial products
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong customer handling and problem\-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- *Educational Qualification**
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration, or related Engineering field
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical Sales / Sales Engineering
- Prior experience in industrial products, HVAC, refrigeration, engineering equipment, or related industries preferred
Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
