Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing international business team. The role mainly involves identifying business leads from platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, trade portals, websites, and online B2B marketplaces, communicating with international clients, converting leads into business opportunities, and maintaining client records efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales understanding, and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from Alibaba, IndiaMART, websites, and B2B platforms
- Communicate with domestic and international clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations accordingly
- Convert inquiries into successful business orders
- Maintain proper client database and sales records
- Follow up with potential customers and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch updates
- Build long\-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain daily sales reports and inquiry tracking sheets
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to manage leads and client records efficiently
- Familiarity with Alibaba, IndiaMART, or B2B sales platforms is preferred
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Positive attitude and target\-oriented approach
- Strong follow\-up and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in international sales, export sales, or B2B sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
