About the Role
Aeiforia Architects is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships for our architecture, interior design, and construction services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead generation and conversion rate.
Client meetings conducted.
Revenue achieved against targets.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Growth of new business opportunities.
Education \& Qualifications
MBA in Marketing (Preferred). Candidates with other relevant graduate degrees may also apply.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
