Sales Executive

• *Job Description**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to handle sales and business development activities in the metal, aluminium and tin container segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads, enquiries and sales.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and Dispatch teams.
• Prepare and share quotations, price offers and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, payments and other business requirements.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits and develop relationships with OEMs, industrial customers and distributors.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, sizes, designs, printing, packaging and quality requirements.
• Maintain customer records, sales data, enquiry status and MIS reports.
• Handle customer queries and complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Support new product development and customer sampling activities.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for payment follow\-ups and outstanding collections.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long\-term business relationships.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in Sales \& Marketing.
• Candidates with corporate sales experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable and quick to understand business requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good computer skills; familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

• Bhandup, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
