Job Overview

We are looking for a result\-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell construction chemical products in the assigned market. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and construction companies.
• Promote construction chemical products, including waterproofing solutions, adhesives, sealants, and related products.
• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow\-up visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and distributors.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; a technical or business qualification is preferred.
• Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or B2B sales is desirable.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and local market is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer\-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• A valid driving licence is preferred if field travel is required.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
