We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling and business development activities.
*Key Responsibilities**
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and clients.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain project offerings to customers.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and customer support.
Maintain customer database and update sales reports regularly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long\-term business relationships.
*Requirements**
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, interiors, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle client meetings and field sales activities independently.
Good knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
