With 10\+ years of experience and a strong client base in the pharmaceutical industry, we specialize in **concept\-to\-execution event solutions**. We are looking for a **Sales Manager cum Client Servicing professional** to strengthen client relationships and drive new business for our Mumbai office.
- *Roles \& Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire new clients within **pharmaceutical \& corporate sectors**.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing **consistent servicing and relationship management**.
- Work closely with design and production teams to develop **creative proposals and pitch presentations**.
- Prepare and deliver **sales strategies, proposals, and costings** as per client requirements.
- Handle **end\-to\-end project coordination** from client brief to execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Keep track of industry trends, competition activities, and business opportunities.
- Graduate/Post\-Graduate in **Business, Marketing, or related field**.
- **3–6 years of proven experience** in **Event Management / Pharma Events / Exhibitions**.
- Strong network in pharma/corporate sector preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage **multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines**.
- Passion for events, client engagement, and business growth.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, PowerPoint, and basic costing**.
