We are looking for a bright, energetic, and creative Salon Executive to manage the front desk and drive business growth at BE U Smart Salon, Mahagun Mywoods Mart. Apart from managing daily salon operations and client billing, you will be the creative brain behind our monthly promotions—planning discounts, designing flash sales, and creating eye\-catching posters to attract local clients.
Marketing \& Branding (New): Create and manage a monthly promotional calendar. Plan exciting discounts, flash sales, and special festival offers.
Creative Designing (New): Design attractive digital posters/banners (using easy tools like Canva) for social media, WhatsApp broadcasting, and salon display to boost branding.
Front Desk \& Billing: Warmly welcome clients, manage daily appointments, and handle the cash counter and salon billing software.
Salon Management: Supervise daily salon operations, maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and track product inventory/stock.
What We Are Looking For
Education: MBA with Sales or Marketing.
Skills: Strong communication in Hindi and basic conversational English. Must know how to use basic graphic tools like Canva to create posters.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
