· Handle client calls \& digital leads
· Explain services clearly and professionally
· Manage client follow\-ups \& coordination
· Achieve sales/conversion targets
· Maintain daily reports \& CRM updates

· Good communication (English/Hindi/Marathi)
· Confident, positive attitude \& quick learner
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
· Ability to work independently \& in a team

· Graduate (any stream)
· Basic computer/CIT certification preferred
