Job Description

Position Sales Executive – Diesel Generator Sets (DG Sets) Department Sales Reporting To Sales Manager Location Ghaziabad \& Gurgaon Job Purpose To generate new business opportunities, meet prospective customers, promote DG Set solutions, and achieve assigned sales targets by converting enquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Sales \& Business Development Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Visit industrial, commercial and institutional customers. Meet consultants, contractors, builders and project customers. Generate enquiries through cold calling, field visits and references. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Customer Meetings Conduct customer visits to understand power backup requirements. Explain DG Set features and benefits. Collect customer requirements and share them with the Sales Manager for quotation preparation. Follow up with customers for quotation approval and order confirmation. Lead Management Maintain a daily customer visit plan. Generate new customer leads every week. **1 Follow up regularly with prospective customers. Maintain an updated enquiry register. Customer Relationship Build long\-term relationships with customers. Ensure prompt response to customer enquiries. Generate repeat business and customer referrals. Market Development Identify new industries, factories, hospitals, hotels, schools and commercial establishments requiring DG Sets. Gather competitor information and market feedback. Share business opportunities with the Sales Manager. Reporting Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR). Update enquiry status daily. Submit Weekly Sales Reports. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly Sales Achievement New Customer Visits New Enquiries Generated Customer Meetings Conducted Daily Visit Reports Submitted Follow\-up Compliance Order Conversion Ratio New Customer Acquisition Sales Pipeline Development Qualifications Graduate / Diploma in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Automobile, Electrical Equipment or DG Set Sales. Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for field sales may also apply. Required Skills Good Communication Skills Customer Handling Ability Selling \& Negotiation Skills Lead Generation MS Office (Basic) Self\-Motivated \& Target\-Oriented Willingness to travel within Ghaziabad \& Gurgaon Two\-wheeler with a valid driving license will be preferred.** **2 Success Criteria A successful Sales Executive consistently generates new enquiries, achieves assigned sales targets, maintains strong customer relationships, submits timely reports, and contributes to the dealership's business growth through proactive field sales activities. Working Days** Monday to Saturday 3

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
