Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Assist customers with booking, allotment, and agreement procedures.
Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding project approvals, RERA registration, carpet area, possession timelines, and legal documentation.
Coordinate with the CRM, legal, and accounts teams for smooth customer transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
