Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and target\-driven **Sales Executive – General Insurance** to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, promoting insurance products, and maintaining long\-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, field sales, and direct customer interactions.
- Promote and sell General Insurance products such as:
- Motor Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Travel Insurance
- Other General Insurance Products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and claim support.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and renewal opportunities to maximize conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (any discipline).
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in:
- General Insurance
- Banking
- Financial Services
- BFSI Sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Self\-motivated with a target\-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and industry practices is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
