Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused Sales Executives to join our team at George Maijo NEXA. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting NEXA vehicles, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to showroom visitors and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers.
• Generate leads through customer referrals, calls, and other sales activities.
• Arrange test drives and follow up with prospective customers.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, documentation, and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead details in the CRM system.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow NEXA showroom standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer\-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Automobile sales experience is an added advantage.
