Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer\-focused **Business Development Executive (Sales)** to join our team in Gurgaon.

The role involves handling **incoming customer leads**, understanding their relocation requirements, providing quotations, negotiating prices, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. **No cold calling or lead generation is required.**

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer moving requirements and provide suitable quotations.
  • Negotiate with customers and close bookings.
  • Follow up with interested customers until the booking is confirmed..
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide professional support.

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or BPO will be an advantage.
