We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting product/service presentations, and converting opportunities into successful enrollments or sales. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and other channels.
Contact prospective customers and explain company offerings.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Tele\-Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech, IT Training, SaaS, or Technology Sales.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
