• Work closely with the Matchmaking team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Stay updated on services, membership plans, and promotional offers.
• Deliver professional, customer\-focused service while maintaining confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent **English communication skills** – verbal and written.
• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
