Job Overview

Capablanca – Chess and Cognitive Development Centre is looking for a confident and target\-oriented Sales Executive to handle international customers through voice calls, promote the company's programs, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

\- Make outbound calls to international customers and respond to customer enquiries.

\- Explain the company's chess programs and cognitive development courses to prospective customers.

\- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into enrolments.

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

\- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

\- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

\- Handle customer objections professionally and follow up on potential leads.

\- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

\- 1–3 years of experience in sales, international voice process, telesales, or a similar role.

\- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.

\- Experience handling international customers is preferred.

\- Strong negotiation, follow\-up, and customer relationship management skills.

\- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.

\- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
