Following up with leads (given to them from company's end) Customer handling, Conversion of those leads to prospects.
Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
Conducting marketreview / studies and analyzing competitor’s activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use competitor’s projects
Meeting with customers, negotiating the sale price and closing the deal
Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets
Arranging for site visits of Clients. Good knowledge about **RealEstate** **market** is a must to convince Customers and solve their queries.
Develop trust and relationship with a portfolio of major clients
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Determining clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
