Digistick is a digital content studio producing video and creative content for brands. We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate new leads, manage the pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
*Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and track record) \+ incentives **Type:** Full\-time
*What you'll do:**
Generate new leads through outreach, cold calls, emails, social media, and networking
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective brand clients in a CRM
Qualify leads and understand their content and marketing needs
Pitch Digistick's video and creative services to decision\-makers
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the funnel
Prepare proposals, quotes, and close deals
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions
Hit monthly lead\-generation and revenue targets
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure client requirements are met
*What we're looking for:**
1–3 years of sales or business development experience (digital/creative/agency a plus)
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and lead\-tracking
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and organized
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida)
